I am an IAPCC certified life coach with over 20 years of experience in community mental health and mentorship. My passion is helping people achieve their short and long-term goals through the development of essential life skills. My focus areas include confidence building, stress reduction, effective communication, resilience, emotional intelligence, manifestation, conflict resolution, mindfulness, navigating significant life changes, healthy living, financial budgeting, and time management.
